  This store does not have adequate inventory control. I placed an order for a computer for 1-hour pick up, and got an email saying it was ready. When I arrived, they informed me they were out of stock. I offered to purchase the display model, and they agreed, but told me I would need to cancel the first order. I followed their instructions. I was told the cancelled charge would "fall off" my pending bank transactions, and instead, I was charged twice for the orders. Multiple attempts to call corporate have failed, mainly because I can't understand what they say or they don't understand my explanation. After two days of runaround, I went to the store and was told by the manager that he would take care of the situation and call me back by the end of business day. Wouldn't you figure that didn't happen, and in fact, I now have a third charge (not posted, but pending) for the same amount of money, basically clearning out my bank account. Someone in their online ordering division is definately doing some fraudulent work, and I now have a cleaned out bank account after trying to purchase a $447 computer. Never again. Every single thing the managers, customer services reps, and outsourced-foreign call center folks have lied, not documented my phone calls, etc. The call center people basically called me a "scammer" similar to those IRS scam folks, which makes me wonder. Be careful when ordering from this store. They are not transparent and it looks like I've out of rent money because of an "error" that no one seems to know how to fix.
